What we collect

• Account & contact: your name, email address and (if you save one) phone number.
• Orders & delivery: delivery address, chosen delivery day, the items you bought and order history.
• Coaching: the plan you purchased and the information you share in check-ins (weight, notes, progress photos) and messages.
• Technical: a cart cookie and a sign-in session so the site works.

How we use it

To take and deliver your orders, provide coaching and check-in feedback, send order and account emails, and respond to you. We rely on performing our contract with you, your consent (for marketing), and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with (processors)

• Stripe — secure card payments.
• Resend — transactional and marketing email.
• Vercel & our database host — to run the website and store your data securely.
• Vercel Blob — to store images you upload (e.g. progress photos).

We never sell your data.

Marketing

We only email you marketing if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from any marketing email.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons, and coaching data for as long as you're a client (or until you ask us to delete it).

Your rights
