Terms of Sale
Last updated June 2026
These terms apply when you buy meal prep or coaching from Project Rebuild (“we”, “us”). Project Rebuild is operated by [registered business name], [business address]. Contact us at hello@projectrebuild.co.uk.
1. What we sell
- Meal prep — freshly prepared, calorie & macro-counted meals, bulk packs and overnight oats, for local delivery.
- Coaching — one-off coaching blocks covering training programmes, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins and accountability.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by card via Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Project Rebuild is [VAT registered / not VAT registered — confirm].
3. Orders & delivery cycles
Meals are prepared to a weekly schedule. The standard cut-offs are: order by Monday for Wednesday delivery, and order by Thursday for Saturday delivery. You choose your delivery day at checkout. Delivery is currently available within [delivery area / postcodes].
4. Food, allergens & your responsibility
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (including milk, eggs, gluten, soya, nuts and fish). We cannot guarantee any meal is free from a given allergen. If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact us before ordering. Calorie and macro figures are estimates. Refrigerate on arrival and consume by the use-by date provided.
5. Cancellations & refunds
- Meals: because food is perishable and made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun. If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll put it right.
- Coaching: you have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase, unless you ask us to begin (e.g. we issue your plan) sooner — by starting, you agree we may begin during the cooling-off period and a refund may be reduced to reflect work already done.
6. Coaching is guidance, not medical advice
Coaching, training and nutrition guidance are for general fitness purposes only and are not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order or coaching block.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
